Finally Samsung introduced it’s latest flagships Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge at MWC in Barcelona. The rumor mill comes to an end, both the devices are packed with metallic and glass body just like their predecessor while looks similar but Galaxy S7 is slightly smaller then Galaxy S7 Edge. Both the devices are packed with almost same hardware while S7 Edge sports a 5.5 inches QHD Super AMOLED display and Galaxy S7 with 5.1 inches. The most common but the most demanded feature has returned in Galaxy S7/S7 Edge and that’s the MicroSD card slot, it seems Samsung has accepted the user’s requests and implement it.
Under the hood Galaxy S7/S7 Edge is packed with 64bit Quad-Core Snapdragon 820 and Android 530 GPU with 4GB of RAM on board. Both Galaxy S7/S7 Edge have a 12 MP “dual pixel” camera with latest features and low light image improvements while on rear and 5MP selfie shooter, the latest flagships equipped with a powerful hardware with latest firmware Android Marshmallow pre-installed on both devices is going to be the perfect combination for the users. We have already talked too much about Galaxy S7/S7 Edge but now we should come to our point the availability of Galaxy S7 worldwide.
Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will be available in Mid March but it does’t share much detailed information about fixed date or the countries where it will be available first. But pre-orders for AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint and U.S. Cellular will start from 8 a.m ET on Feb 23rd while the shipments will take a couple of weeks on March 11.
