OnePlus is up again and this time it has started rolling out OxygenOS beta 9 for it’s OnePlus 3. Download Stock OxygenOS beta 9 firmware for OnePlus 3 from the below provided link
Now copy the OxygenOS beta 9 zip on the phone storage, you should have the latest drivers installed on your PC or simply grab the latest USB drivers for your device from our guide here.
Now turn off the device and reboot into stock recovery
Once in the stock recovery, highlight the menu and select the “apply update from sdcard” then choose the OxygenOS beta 9 zip and flash it.

Download the OxygenOS beta 9 for OnePlus from the link given below, then put the firmware file in the adb-fastboot folder.
Now turn of your device and reboot into TWRP recovery mode.
Once in recovery mode, it’s time to connect your device to PC, then type the following command in the command prompt. (Press Shift+Right click on any empty place in the adb-fastboot folder where you put the OxygenOS beta 9 zip file and choose Open command window here).
